Delivery Policy​

La Benim offers domestic and international shipping. International delivery times may vary, particularly where shipments are subject to customs and duty procedures, as well as national holidays and bank holidays. Allow additional time for delivery due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Your parcel will be sent with a courier which will be tracked and signed for. Once an order is placed it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.   Once the order has been placed we are unable to amend the address details.

Please note La Benim is not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Freight forwarders.

UK- free shipping

Europe - £15.00

USA - £20.00

Rest of the World - £25.00, free shipping on orders of 2 pairs or more.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wedding shoes. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the shoes within 21 days after receiving them. Please note the following:

  • All returned shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email and provide your order details. Once you have emailed us, further information will be sent to you.

  • Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, the returns parcel must be sent using a tracking service. Customer must also obtain proof of postage as La Benim will not be held responsible for any delayed, damaged and lost parcels. 

  • Customers will be responsible for paying postage/duty costs/charges associated with returns under this policy.

  • Once we receive the returned shoes and confirm their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • For international returns, please clearly mark the top side (same side as the address) of the parcel  ‘BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’ in large, visible capital letters, not covered by stamps.

We are pleased to offer returns on any item which is defective provided that:

​

1) Contact is made with our customer service within 5 days after the goods have arrived. We will request supporting evidence such as photographs to evaluate the issue before proceeding with the refund or replacement.

​

2) We receive your returned item to our return address within 21 days from your receipt of the goods.

​

3) The item satisfies the requirements of our returns policy.

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service and include the goods as well as the original branded box and packaging. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, undamaged and with all tags remaining attached when returned. In the event that these return requirements are not met, a refund will not be issued.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that any price differences between the exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly.
